CESAR IS A TATTOO ARTIST, ORIGINALLY FROM PERU . HE COMES FROM A FAMILY OF ARTIST’S AND HAS BEEN SURROUNDED BY ART HIS WHOLE LIFE. HE STARTED TATTOOING TEN YEARS AGO UNDER THE APPRENTICESHIP OF HIS FRIEND AND ARTIST “MAMUT” AT “THE TUMIS” TATTOO SHOP IN THE CITY OF AREQUIPA, PERU .
